Leveraging 40 years of manufacturing expertise, our factories are streamlined to produce the highest quality caps. Regardless of our many years of manufacturing experience, we strive to constantly improve and perfect our hat-making process. We have 7 factories located throughout Vietnam and Bangladesh, and they are all equipped to manage a large capacity of cap production.
As we cherish our cap qualities to a great depth, we value the quality of our factory workers’ working conditions. Therefore, we are dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe working environment for our factory employees.

All claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made to Customer Service within 5 days from receipt of goods.
Please allow up to 3% on damages and shortages.
Requests for changes are required to be in writing.
While every attempt to honor change requests will be made, orders in production cannot be changed or canceled.
