We recommend ordering samples prior to making final orders to ensure the colour, fabric and style is to your satisfaction. Shade matching and design reproduction will be within commonly accepted commercial tolerances. Some colours will have shade matching issues between production runs.
Please make sure you check order confirmation and artwork approval prior to bulk production. Once the goods are custom embroidered or printed, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, however we will always try to support any obvious quality issues to ensure you are fully satisfied.
