Return can only be accepted under the following circumstances:
Goods are returned in the same condition as supplied with all accessories attached (eg. swing tags, spare buttons, loose pocket, backing cardboard etc). Return of Goods will NOT be accepted after the item has been cut, decorated and/or altered in any way.
Goods that have been customised on customer’s behalf or discontinued lines are not returnable.
Returns will not be accepted if the returned Goods are overdue and cannot be matched with dye shades of current stock.
Overdue returns of more than 180 days will not be accepted regardless.
