Once you’ve decided on the garments you’d like to order, we need the following info:
- Garment style, colour and quantity of each size. - Your logo or decoration details if we don’t already have them. - Your address details for invoicing and delivery.
Once we have this information we will send you an Order Confirmation and Payment Form.
For most new orders we include artwork proofs for your approval prior to production.
We require your credit card details or upfront payment before we can proceed with your order. Payment methods include EFT, Credit Card & PayPal.
Most garment orders take 2 to 4 weeks to turnaround depending on stock availability and your delivery location. Please note: We have a no return or exchange policy except on faulty merchandise.
Returns
Once your product has been custom branded, returns are not possible unless there has been a clear failure in the branding or manufacturing process
