Ordering

Once you’ve decided on the you’d like to order, we need the following:

- Item style, colour and quantity of each size.
- Your logo or decoration details if we don’t already have them.
- Your address details for invoicing and delivery.

 Once we have this information we will send you an Order Confirmation and Invoice.

All orders include artwork proofs for your approval prior to production.

 We require your order payment upfront payment before we can proceed with your order. Payment methods include EFT & Credit Card, with selecterd customers being invited to request a credit account.

 Most orders take 2 to 4 weeks to turnaround depending on stock availability, branding requirements and your delivery location.  

Returns

Once your product has been custom branded, returns are not possible unless there has been a clear failure in the branding or manufacturing process.

It's important to note the following information:

Our company respects and abides by the Australian Consumer Law, which outlines specific guarantees and legal rights for consumers. In Australia, our products are backed by guarantees that cannot be waived under the Australian Consumer Law. As a consumer, you have the right to seek a replacement or refund if a product suffers a major failure, as well as compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. Furthermore, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not constitute a major failure. It's important to be aware that any warranties or conditions not protected by the Australian Consumer Law are excluded if permitted, except those explicitly outlined in our terms and conditions.

If you need to return a product to us for a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, please be mindful that you will be responsible for any associated costs, such as delivery expenses.

Should your claim be in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse your return delivery costs and, depending on the nature of the issue, provide a repaired or new replacement product, or issue a refund for the original product.
