Screen Printing
Screen printing is a long established method to brand uniforms.
Most garments can be printed onto the majority of apparel categories, including t-shirts, polos, jackets, bags and aprons, using this highly versatile printing method. Minimum quantities and setup costs apply.
With screen printing, your logo is reproduced by forcing ink through mesh screens directly onto your garments. A separate mesh screen is required for each colour in your logo so designs with many colours cost more than simple one colour designs.
Vinyl Heat Transfer
Heat transfers are an outstanding alternative to screen printing for small-order runs and multi-colour logos. Transfers have a soft touch and can achieve fine details. Featuring crisp text, No borders, a cost effective option for large logos and small runs, plus is popular technique for performance garments, sportswear & luggage.
Dye Sublimation
Perfect for teamwear, printing photos or designs with a lot of detail and colours.
Dye sublimation printing is a full colour printing technique. Sublimation is the process of transferring dye onto a polyester fabric. Your artwork is printed onto paper and pressed onto the fabric using heat. Colours are extremely vibrant and photo-realistic, with a durable and smooth feel, providing a great deal of flexibility.
It is mostly applied on white base fabric and can print in full colour, including fluoro, metallic and reflective colours. It is commonly used in fashion clothing such as swim suits, boardshorts and team sportswear.
